Some Hints and Solutions:
This is by no means a full list of hints, if at any point you are stuck, you should look in the journal that you get early on. This will be a journal that once you pick it up, it will stay with you for the rest of the game. If you're having trouble finding that one, well there's hints to find it below.
Otherwise, feel free to comment on the game with requests for hints and we will add them when we can.

Finding the Journal
Hint
Look around the lever on the wall, there something else to do on that screenSolution
Click the 4 screws around the lever to take it off the wall and find the journal behind.Getting into the office
Hint 1
There's a conversation between two supervisors that talks about getting into the office, have you found it?Hint 2
Looks like the office door locks at the start of each operators shift. If the top left door in the hallway is closed for you, then its too late. I wonder if the next operator would be able to make it?Solution
Let yourself fail to reset the timer, and then go straight to the top left room in the hallway. It should be open if you get there soon enough.Opening the safe in the office
Hint 1
Have you found the safe yet? Its nowhere to be seen, but there is this really suspicious egg painting..Hint 2
There's this weird little hourglass next to the safe. Have you tried clicking it?Hint 3
The supervisors talked about this safe as being a "temporal lock", with the code being "green blue green". Temporal means time, so do you see anything related to time that we can try?Hint 4
There's a pattern on the chalkboard labeled time, it looks like its the same pattern that you saw downstairs on the wall. Try clicking on the downstairs one to get a closer look!Hint 5
If you trace the pattern downstairs, something happens. Maybe its magic?Solution
Go to the office and remove the painting to find the safe. You can trace the square pattern labeled time that can be found on the chalkboard and downstairs written on the wall to cause time to pass and the hourglass to change sides. If you're having difficulty doing this, click on the pattern downstairs to get a closer look at it, and then click and trace that. This is the motion you'll have to do upstairs next to the safe.
One side of the hourglass has a green button, and the other has a blue button. Click them in the order "Green, Blue, Green" to unlock the safe.

I never found the journal despite thinking to myself ‘damn, there’s totally something behind the lever’. I’m actually glad I didn’t find it and got to figure things out for myself! Brilliant puzzle and top tier plot!
I also made a game for this LD which coincidentally is quite similar, all the way down to secretly giving 20 seconds rather than the alleged 10 =P
is there a good ending
Finally, got myself to the end. I liked it, cool plot twist :)
I'm stuck on how to unlock the temporal lock for the office
I added some hints to the description of the game! Let me know if they help, always happy to add more to help you along :)
Now I have run into a bug that won't let me drag the lever or use my magic to reset the timer. When I try to hold down left click and drag, the white circle cursor won't move from its initial point. Just letting you know :)
that's an interesting one, I'll take a look! Thanks for letting me know
It's working again! So not sure if it was just on my end or not.
fun puzzles and not the ending i expected, good job
Amazing game I love it
Ending was really intresting
Thank you for playing :)
